Pretty soon you won’t be able to open a fashion mag without seeing Emma Watson’s adorable mug in it—and there won’t be a wand in sight!
That’s because the Harry Potter star’s ads for Burberry’s spring 2010 collection have just debuted. And we think Em looks fabulous. (Plus, we always liked her style anyway—she’s one of the fiercest fashionistas in Young Hollywood.)
Not only is the 19-year-old Brown student working it for famous fashion photog Mario Testino, but her little brother, Alex, is posing, too, in his first modeling gig. It’s like a Bonus Jonas!
Pictures coming soon!
Sorry the site’s been alittle dead lately. I’ve been busy, but I’m going to revamp this week so look forward to something new! Affies! You will be added soon!
Emma Watson is #15 on Entertainment Weekly 20 Knockout Dresses of the 2000’s for the vintage Ossie Clark dress she wore to the London Half-Blood Prince premiere. And InStyle has placed Emma on their 100 Best Dresses of the Decade list for the gold Burberry dress Emma wore at during London’s Fashion Week! Here’s what they had to say about the dress:
“You don’t want to overdress or dress beyond your years on the red carpet. I love that this dress is so kicky and young!”
Also Emma has been chosen voted in Portrait Magazine’s as having the Best Female Movie Performance in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince!
It was big year in cinema with much anticipated films such as the latest instalments of Harry Potter and Twilight hitting the big screen in 2009. There was some stiff competition between the two when deciding what exactly were the favourites when it came down to these two films. In the case of Best Female Performance in a Movie, while New Moon managed to dominate many of the other categories in the Portrait Choice Awards, in the end Harry Potter’s Emma Watson managed to hold out on her own, winning with 34% of the 23 500+ votes for her magical portrayal of Hermione Granger!

Emma Watson and Rupert Grint chum around during a break on the set of Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows in England.
The duo get giggly over the fact that Rupert fully admits he was late to the game in reading the Harry Potter books. Rupert joked, “I usually read the books before we start [filming] but I was late reading the last one. I was probably the last one to read it…”
Emma finished for him, “In the world. Ever. (laughs) Don’t listen to him! (laughs)”
Emma Watson bundles up in her black coat as she delivers a great holiday message to all her fans.
The 19-year-old Brown University student writes on her official site,
“Hi everyone. I’ve just returned from Brown where I’ve had the most amazing first term and now I’m back filming Harry Potter over the Christmas holidays. I’ve loved being in the States but it’s so nice to be back home with family and friends for Christmas. Wherever you are and whatever you’re doing, I wish you a Merry Christmas and thank you so much for all your continued support and kind wishes, it really does mean the world to me. Love, Emma xxx.”
